We currently only rehome to the UK

Dear friends, we have received quite a few enquiries lately from people in Spain, France and even USA interested in adopting some of the doggies that we advertise on our group. I’m super happy to see your interest guys in helping these amazing doggies but, as you can see from the very beginning, when you join our group and read our Description, we only rehome in UK. There is a simple reason for this: we do not have a back up rescue in any other country, no foster homes around Spain or France, or Netherlands.. or any security in case the adoption fails, and believe me, sometimes adoptions fail..
So, again, Adopt a Griffon only rehomes doggies in UK, where we are sure that we will be able to cover all the doggies neccesities 😊 Thanks for understanding this xx
Patron, one of the doggies you can find in our Facebook group, is looking for a forever home.

Patron is looking for a home. date: 19.04.24

Heyyyyy I’m Patron !!!! I’m here 😂 I want a homeeeeee !! 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
🐞 PATRON 🐞
🐞This handsome boy is Patrón. Hes been given up by a hunter because hes not good at hunting so he needs a lovely home.
🐞 Patron dob 27/03/2022. He has an excellent character, very sociable with both male & female dogs, hes stunning and has a super sweet face. He seems good with cats but we always recommend a proper introduction as we cat test them on lead and we dont know the reaction once off lead.
🐞 Patron is a balanced doggie, loves human company, hes strong and playful. Super obedient. He is active but also loves time to chill.
🐞 Please PM me or Donna Woodger if you are interested in him. We arrange adoptions in UK only xx

  1. I am looking to offer a home for a PBGV girl or boy. I have been lucky to live with a marvellous girl called ‘Fifi’ for 14 years but sadly passed away in Jan 2024.
I would be pleased to offer a home to a dog in need.

  2. Thanks for your good work. I had one of the few briquet griffon vendeens in the U.S., from the Sentier d’Aimeron kennel in France. After having a more rough otterhound, this briquet was a quieter and nicer dog, laid back, friendly to everyone. We were warned by some pbgv people about having a briquet as a pet, as they are hunting dogs, but they couldn’t have been more wrong. Its too bad Americans don’t have more contact with these other griffons.
